A co-worker is on the board for IIDA (International Interior Design Association) and they were hosting an event Friday afternoon for college students who would be entering the work force after this semester of school. She asked if I would come in to participate in portfolio reviews. I like to hear myself talk, so of course I said yes!
Yes, that's my car parked outside of a building that has a light-up 'TOTALLY NUDE' sign. I'm across the street doing design reviews. I swear.
The reviews were held in a really cool old building that had been renovated with modern elements. This was some of the original wood flooring.

Portfolios have come a long way since I made mine! This was the binding on one of them. Saw a lot of iPads with portfolios on them too.
