I'm so behind on my photos! I was offloading photos today, and ran across Jared and his new toy! After years of trying, he finally convinced me that we needed a small snowblower. It probably helped that I had been out there shoveling with our 12" plastic shovel several times in the few weeks leading up to the blizzard!
We figured that there wouldn't be a snowblower to be found in town, so Jared went to Amazon, found the one he wanted, and it shipped to the house for free! He had timed it perfectly, too. It was to arrive the day the blizzard hit. Unfortunately, FedEx cancelled all deliveries that day! So, he went out in the blizzard to the FedEx depot, made them find which truck it was on, and brought it home!
This was the 2nd time out there that day...
All of those poor birds, huddled in our tree! I wish I had some birdseed to throw out to them!
Hey, Mother Nature, cut us a break, will ya!
But, at least we've all thawed out from that! Except the local news said we might be getting .5"-1.5" tonight. Oy. Love March in Kansas!
