Last night we went to the Overland Park Arboretum (I've been there several times before to take Spring and Fall photos) for their annual Luminary Walk. We had never been, and it turned out to be a very nice event! They had a couple of miles of their trails lit up by candles with stops along the way to see Santa, listen to Christmas carolers, drink some hot apple cider, and to look at light displays. It was COLD, but there were fire barrels along the way to warm us up a little!
After grabbing a cup of hot apple cider, everyone gathered around a bonfire and sang Christmas songs.
This was a tunnel that started out adult height but ended at kid's height...oh, those Arboretum folks have a sense of humor!
